As a Quality Control Engineer I manage four auditors who are down on the lines assuring quality in the products that we produce.  The leadership learned from both the classroom and from experiences such as the Ag Engineering Show have proven to be very valuable.  The importance placed on developing communication skills that get put to use each and every day is very good.  It also helps to have studied such a broad curriculum.
