President Jason Webster called the meeting to order.

Secretary’s Report:  Read and approved

Treasurer’s Report: 

• ASAE - $951.82

• 1/4-Scale Tractor - $510.90

• Alpha Epsilon - $359.11

• Should have spring break trip costs calculated by the first part of next week.

President's Report: 

• Fluid Power Handbooks are in and can be purchased for $3.

• ASAE sweatshirts, t-shirts, and caps are available in the ABEN office.

• The Executive team is working on updating the constitution. It was revised in 2003 and the executive team will look to see if any changes need to be made.

• Officer nominations will be held April 14.

• Registration forms for the Student Community Collaboration featuring Duane Grischow are due April 5. It will be held April 21 and will try to open the lines of communication between students and the community. If you would like more information, talk to Jason.

Vice President’s Report: 

• A presentation on spring break trip will be held after next week's meeting.

• Looking at a few possible speakers.

Scribe’s Report:  

• None.

CSO Report:

• Meeting on March 30.

CASAC Report:

• None.

E&A Report:

• None.

Committee Reports:  

• Lawnmower/Snow Blower Clinic - clinic will be held the evening of Tuesday, April 19.

• 1/4 Scale Tractor - None.

• Homecoming - None.

• Picture Board - None.

• Membership  - None.

• Activities & Tours - None.

• Community Service - Will talk to Bonanzaville to see if they need help with any spring projects. We will be working on the wiring harness for the tractor that is being restored (after meeting)

• Coat Design - in progress.
