President Jason Webster called the meeting to order.

Secretary’s Report:  Read and approved

Treasurer’s Report: 

  • ASAE - $951.82

  • 1/4-Scale Tractor - $510.90

  • Alpha Epsilon - $359.11

  • Costs for the spring break trip will be handled after tonight's meeting.

President's Report: 

  • Fluid Power Handbooks are in and can be purchased for $3.

  • ASAE sweatshirts, t-shirts, and caps are available in the ABEN office.

  • The Executive team reviewed the constitution and will resubmit to student government. If the name of ASAE changes in the future, the constitution will need to be updated.

  • Officer nominations will be open again tonight, with officer elections to follow.

  • The club's budget was cut by 3%.

  • There is an opening for the NDSU homecoming committee. If you are interested, talk to Jason.

  • The Spring Blast Volleyball Tournament will be held April 26. If you are interested in forming a team, talk to Jason

  • The Farmers Union Dodgeball Tournament will be held April 16. If you would like to form a team, talk to Jason

  • The Bison Study Break wil be held May 9 in the Alumni Center. If you woul like more information, talk to Jason .

Vice President’s Report: 

  • Pizza and pop following tonight's meeting.

  • A presentation on spring break trip will be follow tonight's meeting.

  • The ASM Club is going go-carting on May 5.

  • Looking at a few possible speakers.

Scribe’s Report:  

  • Awaiting our trophy.

CSO Report:

  • Went to the last meeting and the club has turned in all of the required paperwork. Also, the club's standingn is a five, which is the highest standing possible.

CASAC Report:

  • Went to the last meeting. Nathan Meyer was nominated for Vice President.

E&A Report:

  • E&A Day will be held next September.

Committee Reports:  

  • Lawnmower/Snow Blower Clinic - clinic will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19. May want to bump up the cost of service by $5 next year. Pizza and pop following clinic.

  • 1/4 Scale Tractor - None.

  • Homecoming - None.

  • Picture Board - None.

  • Membership  - None.

  • Activities & Tours - None.

  • Community Service - Will talk to Bonanzaville to see if they need help with any spring projects. MS Walk on Saturday, April 23 - will look into more. The Big Event will be held April 30 which the club could help out with.

  • Coat Design - in progress.

Old Business:  

  • Motion was made and seconded to re-open nominations for next year's officers. Nominations were closed and elections were held. The following people were elected to officer positions for next year.
