- The Bobcat and Caterpillar presentations that were on Tuesday September 26 went well.
- Trying to set up tours at case
- Sign up for jackets, windbreakers, and sweatshirts in the lab

Treasurer:
- ASABE: $1, 702.30
- ¼ Scale: $100.87
- Alpha Epsilon: $222.86

Secretary: No report

CSO: Nothing new. CSO website is good to go

CASAC and E&A:
- Ag spirit days on October 5; 5:30 – 8:30 in Sheppard Arena. $5 for volleyball and there is a catered dinner with roast and fixings.

Scribes: No report

President:
- Collegiate for life photo contest the first week of October – prize is $50 for West Acres
- Big Brothers and Sisters: Bowling for kids sake for fundraising – Team bowling; $100 per team to enter. Willing team gets $150 for west acres.
- NDSU Team Bowling on November 2. Winning team wins a trip to Minneapolis for regional tournament.
- Kappa Alpha Theta – 5K run 8 am on October 14, which is the Saturday of homecoming. Organizations can earn spirit points for each runner. Nate Meyer wanted to know if you have to finish to earn the points?
- The homecoming parade is Saturday October 14 at 10 am

Lawn Mower/Snow Blower: No date set yet, still waiting to hear from ASM

Homecoming Committee: No Report

Picture Board: The pictures were taken. They need to be printed and labeled. They are going to take the old pictures down and put the new ones up soon.

Membership Committee: Does anyone want to be on the membership committee?

Web page: Curt is going to start working on it. The website needs officer updates, the meeting dates, and the meeting minutes put on it.

Activities/Tours: We are thinking of touring Case

Community Service: Does anyone want to be on the community service committee?

Jackets/T-shirts: Sign up in the computer lab.

¼ Scale: There was a meeting on September 27 and they discussed “Things.”
- They are looking for final design
- Issues and ideas are being discussed
- The next meeting is on October 12.

New Business
- Tuesday October 3 from 5:30 – 7:30 residential life is having and E&A picnic for freshman engineering and architecture students.
- ¼ Scale is going to display stuff for promotion
- Curt is going to talk to Janelle about promotion
- A sign up sheet went around for volunteers
- Homecoming Float: We are making it with SWE but they won’t be here for the weekend because they have their national convention
- Homecoming committee: They are going to build the float the week of homecoming. Does anyone have any good ideas? Dr. Bon suggested having a meeting with SWE to generate ideas.
